Our menu boasts cowboy comfort food featuring REAL scratch cooking. We source our ingredients from local farms and producers wherever possible and are proud supporters of the Ontario Grass Roots Program started in 2012.
Chef Michael Guil took over our kitchen in January 2012 and has put his stamp on our menu. Michael graduated from the renowned Stratford Chefs School and lists some prestigious internships on his journey here. Always dedicated to improvement, he focuses on fresh, scratch cooking and is a firm believer of supporting local farms and producers, often taking the time to visit and meet with the people behind the ingredients. He takes his work very seriously and the Ranch regulars have noted his passion in the short time he has been here.
The Ranch continues to be owned and operated by Andrew Mackay and Alan “Willy” Claeys, a partnership dating back over 25 years. “We continue to be active members of the community and are proud to be ongoing participants and donors of numerous charities and community groups.
